In today’s digital world, where technology permeates all areas of life, cyber security is becoming a key issue for organizations and individual users. The age of digitalisation presents huge opportunities but also comes with threats and risks associated with fraud and cyber-attacks. Financial fraud using social engineering is a widespread and acute problem that poses a threat to both individuals and organisations.

During the event, solutions were presented on modern methods of fraud related to the use of bank cards, statistical data on committed frauds and current trends were announced. Effective methods and strategies used to prevent and combat fraudulent activities in different countries were also presented.

The forum discussed types of fraud related to electronic payment systems and methods used by fraudsters to steal funds. Participants discussed prevention measures and protection necessary to ensure the security of electronic payments and protect the interests of users.

Issues related to the collection, storage, use and protection of personal data when using biometric identification systems were also in the focus of attention. The goal is to develop reliable principles and security measures that will ensure confidentiality and data protection for users.
