The primary objective is to significantly accelerate key banking processes, including the critical End-of-Day (EOD) closing procedure, while eliminating errors and suboptimal configurations in:
- Oracle Exadata hardware (deep performance tuning).
- Oracle Database (troubleshooting problematic queries, index optimization, memory management).
- Oracle WebLogic application servers (resolving transaction processing bottlenecks).
- Oracle FlexCube business application (maximizing standard functionality to reduce customization).
